*Millet Moringa Dosa*
_Ingredients:_
- 1 cup mixed millets
- 1/2 cup Moringa leaves (or 1 tablespoon Moringa powder)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt, to taste
- Water, as needed
_Instructions:_
1. Soak millets overnight. Drain and grind into a paste.
2. Mix Moringa leaves (or powder), yogurt, cumin seeds, and salt.
3. Combine millet paste with Moringa mixture and adjust consistency.
4. Cook on a non-stick pan like regular dosas.
