Millets and Moringa:
*Millet Moringa Pilaf*
_Ingredients:_
- 1 cup mixed millets (ragi, bajra, jowar, or any combination)
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup fresh Moringa leaves (or 2 tablespoons Moringa powder)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
_Instructions:_
1. Rinse and soak the millets for 30 minutes. Drain and cook with 2 cups water until tender.
2. Heat ghee in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and cumin seeds until fragrant.
3. Add Moringa leaves (or powder) and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Mix cooked millets with Moringa mixture and season with salt.
5. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
